Try before you buy

BACKTAPE has a free, complete 14-day trial with no card required, so you can check that it works on your computer, in your DAW and with your music before buying.

When we refund

We refund your purchase when BACKTAPE does not work correctly on your computer and we cannot fix the problem. Write to labsickglobal@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number, your Windows version, your DAW and a description of the problem. We answer within 2 business days and try to solve it first; if we cannot, we refund you in full.

When we do not refund

Because the trial is complete, we do not refund purchases for a change of mind, for not liking the sound, or after the licence key has been activated on two computers without a technical problem.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our reseller. When a purchase is refunded, its licence key is deactivated.
