Privacy policy

In short

We collect as little as possible: only what is needed to sell and activate BACKTAPE. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security for a short time.

Purchases

Payments are processed by our reseller, the merchant of record. It receives your name, e-mail, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, e-mail and order details to send your licence and support you. We never see your card number.

Activation

When you activate BACKTAPE, the plugin sends your licence key and a computer code to our activation server. The computer code is a one-way code calculated from your computer; it contains no personal files or information. We store the key, the e-mail of the purchase, the computer codes and the dates, so that each licence works on two computers.

Inside the plugin

BACKTAPE does not send your audio, your projects or anything you type in Generate anywhere: the brain works on your computer. The trial date and your activation are stored on your computer.

Your rights

You can ask us at labsickglobal@gmail.com for a copy of your data or to delete it. Deleting activation data deactivates the licence on your computers.
